I want to win the tickets!!!! ANY ADVISE?!?!??!?

I've been calling and calling capital fm to win last minute tickets to the summertime ball but its always busy. i cant even get through. i call even before the song starts yet it still doesnt work. sometimes it doesnt come through busy and it just beeps again and again then hangs up. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THROUGH??? IM SO DESPRATE TO WIN THESE TIX :(
