My BF has a severity F warrant and is in jail for a misdemeanor.Can he voluntarily leave by buying a plane tix?

We want to leave the country together...Will they release him so he can do it? Should he buy the ticket now? He will be released on June 7th...is there such a thing as bailing out of immigration?
