How should I give my girlfriend this gift?

Me and my girlfriend have decided to celebrate Valentine's Day this Friday, because she'll be out of town until then. She's a huge Taylor Swift fan, and somehow, I got tickets to her show in July. But now I have a problem, she knows that I have a special gift for her, and she has no idea what it could possibly be, but how do I give them to her? I'm just looking for a romantic way to give her the tix. Please Help...:)
