Is this concert seat good or not?

Ok i got Lady Gaga Monsterball Tour tix for the Qwest center in Omaha Nebraska. They are general admission floor (GA3) seat 64. I don't know if these are good seats for watching or ot but i got VIP tix so i hope they are. If I could get a pic link that would be great :D
