Afro Samurai is awesome, though it is really mature. Wolf's rain, BECK Mongolian chop squad, Case Closed, Full Metal Panic, Full-metal Alchemist, Inuyasha, Welcome to the NHK, Trigun, Warriors of the wind, Berserk and Cowboy Bebop. I'm sure there are more but I'm kind of impatient and it is usually easier to find subbed XD
