Please help! She has depression! what do I do?

My daughter is 13 and has just been diagnosed with P.T.S.D. She is severly depressed and nothing has gone right for her in her life. I want to take her to taylor swift, but I would have to take her sister to. So I would need 3 tix. We cant afford 100 dollars per ticket, If they were maybe 70 then maybe we could afford it. Since I cant take her to the concert is there any way she can meet taylor? She absolutely LOVES her and it would make her happy! Please, I really wanna do somehting good for her for once. How much would a backstage pass be? Probably thousands....if maybe you know where I can get cheaper tickets for the vancouver show, if there is a seattle show we can drive out there, actually i would rather seattle show as I can take her shopping after. Or is there a ways she could meet her? I really want my little girl to be happy. thank you, I appreciate all your thoughtful answers durning this time.
