What to get for boyfriend's 30th birthday?

My boyfriend's birthday is in June (early, I know) and I'm starting to think of what to get him now. It seems like he has everything! We'll have been together 8 months and we're very serious. He is a police officer and is on assignment in detectives, which is his dream job. His hobbies are football, golf, baseball, hockey, guns, sometimes fishing, and video games. I got him things that covered all of that for Christmas, so I want to get him something different. He got me tickets to a hockey game for my birthday so if I get him tix to a sporting event it will look bad. Help! Thank you :)
