Winning concert tickets on the radio!?

Yesterday i was listening to 104.3 MY FM and they said " text tix to 31043 and the 104th texter wins 2 tickets" so i texted and i got a text back! its said "congrats u won 2 tix" etc etc "well call u @ this # w/more info" sooo that was yesterday afternoon and i still haven't received a call.. what does that mean? am i still getting my tickets cuz i keep trying to call the station and the line is busy 24/7, so what does this mean??
