How's Disney on ice in Arco arena, Sacramento CA?

How's their employee? Why are their front row tix cheaper $10 than in HP Pavilion in San Jose? Are they fairly strict on guests? Cause my 2 year old daughter will be seating in my lap. Any good or bad experiences? Thanks
