Old movie difficult to remember the name?

I cant remember the name of this movie.. it was kinda a comedy it was about a tv host that was telling a story or was being told a story about monsters it included a junk yard and house it was a old comedy also at the end of the movie there was a sexy blonde that ended up turning into a monster on stage it may have included charlie sheen or micheal j fox not to sure tho
