Question about concert tix?

I want to go to a concert to see Panic at the disco and i have an amex credit card. How many tickets do they hold for amex users cuz i ***** get any. R they all sold out? and do u think ill get 1 from general admission? i rlly wanna go. o and btw im buying them from ticketmaster
